CLDH is celebrating its 50th anniversary from February 2, 2012 to February 1, 2013. To kick off the celebrations a mass was held in the morning of February 2, 2012 followed by a motorcade along some of the major streets of Tarlac City.

Other activities lined up in February are the blood-letting program, a photo exhibit, and Valentine's Day serenade.

More activities are lined up for the whole year.

DEPARTMENT CHAIRS FOR 2012

Dr. G. V. Dungca III, Medical Director, presented during the meeting of the Board of Directors held on January 26 at the AVR, the Department Chairs for 2012. Also appointed during the meeting was Antonita M. de Pano, MD, DPBA, as the Chief-of-Clinics as well as the Deputy Medical Director.

The new department chairs are:

Family Medicine:	Imelda Q. Tiglao, MD, FPAFP, DTMH
Internal Medicine:	Cristina D. Pascual, MD, FPCP
Pediatrics:	Katheryne B. Pascual, MD, FPSHBT, DPPS
Obstetrics & Gynecology:	Lilia S. Chua, MD, FPOGS, FPSUOG
Surgery:	Abelardo M. Lucas, MD, FPSGS, FPCS
Pathology:	Victor S. de Villa, MD, FPSP
Radiology:	Gregorio L. Dizon, MD, FPCR

DR. DUNGCA IS MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Godofredo V. Duncga III, MD, FPCS, FPOA, member of the CLDH Board of Directors and former Chief of Clinics, was appointed as the Medical Director for the year 2012. Dr. Dungca took over from Victor S. de Villa, MD, FPSP, FPSO, who served as the Medical Director for 2011. Dr. de Villa remains the Chair of the Clinical Pathology and Laboratory medicine department.
